This aim of this project was to allow the buyers to adapt the plans to their needs.
One-bedroom units can be combined into Two-bedroom units and vice versa. A grid playful façade was the result of that exercise.
Squarish openings highlight the façade framing the living spaces or the large balconies.

Large floor to ceiling windows offer ample light into the spaces.

The building is of simple white grafiato with the carved in spaces being of fair faced concrete as a contrast and emphasizing their intrusion.
