Located in a dense neighborhood, facing on its edges both the highway and a public garden the building aims to bring a new life to its surroundings.
Through its large planters and customized flower pots, the building reincarnates the garden and nature where every apartment on each floor enjoys the luxury of a private green area on its balconies.  The planters give a dynamic play to the façade with a play of volume and alignment. 
The entrance of the building, is its heart where the residents are welcomed by a garden from which emerges a green wall that goes up to each floor and that can be seen from each lobby entrance of all apartments.
